  • Secret Elf Service is not responsible for accidents or damages that occur on your property during a visit.

Children’s Experience

  • Parents/guardians must supervise children during the elf visit.

  • Any letters, names, or details shared with us are used solely to enhance the magical experience.

Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional codes, discounts, or giveaways cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

  • Neighborhood or group discounts may be subject to minimum participation requirements.
