• We’ll email your exact 30-minute arrival time about 4 days before.
• On pickup day, you’ll get a text when we’re 5–15 minutes away.
• Watch the magic unfold from indoors (quick photos welcome!).

North Pole Proof
Get photo proof your child’s letter reached Santa himself!
📝 Before Pickup
• Have your child’s letter on 8.5×11” paper, dark ink.
• Email a photo of it to secretelfservice@gmail.com at least 4 days before pickup.
💌 Choose Your Delivery
1️⃣ Emailed – $8.99: Two emails — one written for your child to read aloud, and one with printing instructions if you prefer to print it.
2️⃣ DIY – $11.99: Receive your photo proof via email along with print instructions. An official North Pole envelope and wax-seal sticker will be delivered to you via mail, ready for you to assemble the letter and photo and create your own special delivery from the North Pole.
