Our cheerful elves arrive in festive attire to pick up your child’s heartfelt letter to Santa, bringing the wonder of the North Pole right to your doorstep. Children are encouraged to watch the magic unfold from the window, though they’re welcome to step outside for a quick photo. Visits are short—less than a minute—but create memories that last a lifetime!
If we aren’t stopping in your neighborhood this year, don’t worry—you can still join the fun by visiting a friend’s home on our route. We also encourage you to rally your neighbors to join next year’s Instagram neighborhood contest for a chance to get your area added to the map!
Don’t worry! We can still pick up Santa’s letter at your doorstep, and if you let us know in advance, we can leave a voice message on your ring camera!
Absolutely! Photos are encouraged to capture the magic—just have your camera ready when we arrive.
We kindly ask that kids watch from inside the house rather than waiting outside. This helps keep the magic alive—so little ones don’t spot the elf stepping out of the car before the surprise!
You only need to book one Elf Pickup per household. However, Goodie bags and North Pole Proofs are per child.
